MEETING FORMAT
Hello and welcome to the ____________________(say what meeting it is). My name is_______________________. Whether you are a seasoned old-timer in your faith in Jesus or not sure how you feel about your relationship with God, we are here to love and support you. There will be ups and downs, but we pray that you don't leave before the miracle happens for you.
____________(name of volunteer) will read our Preamble. You can find the Meeting Format at our website: www.fulloffaith.com. *6 unmutes and mutes your phone lines. If you are wondering how to do "love and service" here, you could come early and volunteer to read, sing or pray.

PRAYER: ____________(name of the volunteer) will open our meeting by leading us in The Serenity Prayer.
God, grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change...
the courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time,
Accepting hardship as the pathway to peace.
Taking, as Jesus did, this sinful world as it is,
Not as I would have it.
Trusting that You will make all things right
if I surrender to Your will.
so that I may be reasonably happy in this life,
and supremely happy with You forever in the next.
Amen.
At this meeting, we will focus on a tool from the Full of Faith toolbox, then we'll read ____________________ (fill in the blank with focus of the meeting).
Everyone is welcomed to share their experience, strength and hope, however, we ask that you limit your shares to 2 to 3 minutes in order to give others an opportunity to share. As a gentle reminder, __________(name of person who volunteered to time) will say “time” at 2 and 1/2 minutes, allowing additional time to wrap up your thoughts. If the room is quiet, please allow some moments of silence before sharing a second time.
We refrain from mentioning specific foods by name, as it could trigger food thoughts in others, and there is no cross-talk, which is commenting on another person's share (positive or negative) or giving advice.
Using "for me" statements enables everyone to feel safe and protected in the rooms of Full of Faith.
(Ask the assigned person to read the tools and share on the tool of the day.)
TOOLS: Here are the tools that keep us on the road to freedom from addictive thinking and behavior.

Paul’s Prayer for Spiritual Growth from Ephesians 3:14-21
When I think of the wisdom and scope of God's plan, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will give you mighty inner strength through his Holy Spirit. And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God's marvelous love. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love really is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now glory be to God! By his mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope. May he be given glory in the church and in Christ Jesus forever and ever through endless ages. Amen.
CLAIM SEATS: It is time to claim seats. Tell us your first name and where you are calling from.
GUIDELINES FOR THE PARKING LOT:
We now move into what we call the “Parking Lot” for up to another half hour where we welcome newcomers, we can ask questions, leave or ask for phone numbers, and continue to share. Though it’s a more informal time, we want to be sensitive that someone sharing may want to express what’s on his or her heart and not necessarily desire feedback or comment. If someone doesn't want feedback, simply tell us after your share. Continuing to use ‘for me’ statements and refraining from giving advice will help keep our meeting a safe place to share. In order to give everyone an opportunity to share, we will continue to time the shares.
We want to welcome newcomers first and ask if you’d like to be contacted by a newcomer greeter who can help you get acquainted with Full of Faith? Are there any newcomers here today?
Would anyone like to ask a question or share?
NOTE: for basic food questions, the facilitator will respond with the general guidelines. For complicated questions, refer people to Pam or Hilary.
(Note to leader: Please press *5 to mute the lines before you begin the meeting.)
Arrive 5 minutes before the meeting starts to volunteer to do "love and service."
