...to touch the hearts, minds and souls of compulsive overeaters and food addicts everywhere with confident expectation of ongoing recovery through faith and hope in Jesus.

Christian 12-Step Recovery

from Food Addiction

Welcome, my name is Pam, I am a recovering food addict from Auburn, MA. and the author of Full of Faith (or full of food?).

Thank you for visiting my web site.  I hope and pray that it will minister to your heart in a personal, meaningful way.

As you navigate through the site, you will find the keys that open the doors to recovery from compulsive overeating and food obsession.  As Christian food addicts, we are dependent on Jesus for our strength and hope, and we live our lives to the fullest one day at a time.

I hope you come back and visit us from time to time, and share the good news with your overeating friends; recovery is a gift from God.  He leads us to the truth that sets us free.

“Whom the Son has set free is free indeed.” (John 8:36)

God bless us as we grow in love, truth and understanding.
