Welcome to Full of Faith, Christian 12-Step Recovery from Food Addiction
Do you struggle with overeating,
food obsession,
addictive eating,
under eating,
warped body image?
You are not alone.
"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled." Matthew 5:6 NIV.
Full of Faith is a Christian support group for people seeking freedom from compulsive or addictive eating.
You will find information about food addiction, the 12-steps with comparable Scripture, a basic food plan with suggested options geared toward those addicted to sugar, flour, sweeteners, and volume. If that last statement brings an "ouch" to your head and heart, please don't leave before the miracle happens for you! If you are a food addict, like me, we offer help, support and encouragement! Full of Faith members share their experience, strength and hope as a testimony to God's grace.

Full of Faith Mission Statement:
Full of Faith, Christian 12-Step Recovery from Food Addiction, exists to touch the heart and mind of the person who struggles (or has struggled) with compulsive or addictive eating. With a disciplined way of eating and life-style changes based on biblical truths, God's love and grace brings transformation and restoration.
Pam from Auburn, MA, is the founder of Full of Faith, an outreach ministry born out of her experience, strength and hope. Since the ministry began in 2000, and the first edition her book, Sweet Surrender, was published in 2013, thousands of people from around the world have been helped and encouraged through active participation in the Full of Faith Ministry.
On July 23, 2019, she celebrated 31 years of freedom from compulsive overeating, maintaining a 75 pound weight loss. She abstains from sugar, flour, sweeteners, trigger foods, plus amounts. Her book and this website reveal the intimate details of her testimony. Click here for Pam's before and after pictures.
Pam and her ministry team of leaders advocate for the education and awareness of food addiction--a physical, emotional and spiritual malady for the compulsive and addictive eater. The Food Addiction Institute (www.foodaddictioninstitute.org) gives evidence that supports their claims.
Outreach:
Full of Faith touches hearts and minds through private Facebook groups, phone meetings, ZOOM video conferencing and one-to-one communication with the message of hope. All are welcomed - Christians and people who are not sure how they feel about their relationship with God.
We use the Bible, The Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous, and The Twelve Steps for Christians to encourage life-style change. Leaders share their personal experience, strength and hope in experiencing a sweet surrender. There are no dues or fees for membership.
In regards to specific food plans, we believe that there are different strokes for different folks. However, for those who are looking for a specific food plan that supports the withdrawal process and clean abstinence, we offer an option called “Step Easy." It is a healthy way of eating, no sugar, flour, sweeteners, trigger foods. It is available on this website.
Vision: Testimonies will proclaim how God has used Full of Faith as the catalyst to share the good news that Jesus and a biblical approach to recovery from yo-yo dieting and overeating brings freedom to those struggling. The message of hope will be heard around the world. People will get set free. News will spread and more will be set free.

Personal Message from Pam
Years ago someone told me that God doesn't call the qualified. He calls the unqualified, so that people would know that their lives are truly in God's hands. I am humbled to believe that God has used me to reach thousands of people with hope in finding help from yo-yo dieting and overeating, and I am praying that more might come to see that there is a solution. It's not easy, but with God's help, it is possible to live free and clean. If He did it for me, which He did and continues to do one day at a time, He can certainly do it for you! I pray for you daily.
"Whom the son has set free is free indeed!" John 8:36
God bless us as we grow in love, truth and understanding.
